Abstract
Ushbu maqolada bo‘lajak o‘qituvchilarda kollaborativ o‘qitish muhitini loyihalash ko‘nikmalarini rivojlantirishning pedagogik-psixologik xususiyatlari tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqotning dolzarbligi zamonaviy ta’limda individual bilimdan ko‘ra jamoaviy faoliyat, hamkorlikda muammo yechish, muloqot va refleksiv tahlilning ustuvor ahamiyat kasb etayotgani bilan belgilanadi. Maqolada kollaborativ muhitni loyihalashning nazariy asoslari, bo‘lajak o‘qituvchilarning bu boradagi tayyorgarlik komponentlari, psixologik omillari hamda amaliy rivojlantirish mexanizmlari yoritilgan. Shuningdek, pedagogik tajribaga tayangan holda kollaborativ muhitni tashkil etishning motivatsion, kommunikativ, refleksiv va texnologik jihatlari izohlanadi. Natijada bo‘lajak o‘qituvchilarda mazkur ko‘nikmani shakllantirish uchun bosqichli, integrativ va amaliyotga yo‘naltirilgan yondashuv zarurligi asoslab beriladi.
